Refurbish & Sell - Residential project.

This property had previously been mistreated by its previous owners, who had removed many of its original period features and replaced them with modern, less attractive elements. In particular, the front of the property had been altered significantly, with a pebbledash facade and large uPVC windows replacing the original stone bay and upper windows.

However, we spared no expense in undertaking a comprehensive restoration project to rebuild the front of the property and enhance its Victorian character. The finished result features a Spanish tiled path leading to a recessed porch with a unique, Victorian-style door, designed by a local interior designer.

In addition to the restoration work on the front of the property, we also added a full-width crittal glazed kitchen extension and a double loft dormer to the property.
